For beginners confidence and safety, in a sheltered water environment. Lesson options in varied water ways from river to lake to sea.
Hatha Yoga is offered in the studio, by the lake or on the beach! Yin Yoga is an online session at bedtime. Hatha is a great all round class to bring strength, balance and flexibility, physically and calm the mind and heart too. Yin Yoga focuses more specifically on deep long stretching so is a lovely counter to other exercise and promotes a restful sleep when practiced at bedtime.
